In this session, you’ll meet team members you’d be working with, get a glimpse into their projects, and experience the team culture firsthand.

  • Show your problem-solving approach: Explore multiple solutions and explain your reasoning. Our interviewers want to see how you think.

    The timeline can vary depending on the role and number of interview stages, but we aim to complete the process within 3- 4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated at every step, so you always know what to expect.

    At LastPass, we embrace a remote-first culture. While this role is fully remote, you must reside in a country where we have a registered business entity. This ensures we can support you with compliant employment and benefits. While we do have opportunities for occasional in-person collaboration or team meetups, your day-to-day responsibilities will be carried out remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance work and life in the way that suits you best.

    Our interviews are conducted via Microsoft Teams. For technical roles, we may also use platforms like CoderPad. If any additional tools are needed, we’ll let you know in advance so you can feel fully prepared.

    Unfortunately, LastPass does not offer visa sponsorship at this time. All candidates must have the legal right to work in their country of residence without the need for company-sponsored work authorization.

    After your final interview, our hiring team will meet to review all feedback and determine which candidate is the best fit for the role.
