While the steps may vary by role, here’s what you can generally expect:
A LastPass talent advisor will contact you if your skills and experience align with our requirements. The talent team will address any inquiries about the company and opportunity.
You’ll meet with the hiring manager and key team members to explore the role’s responsibilities, vision, and culture. This stage helps you understand the team dynamics and projects while assessing alignment with your aspirations.
For some roles, we include an assessment to help us understand your skills in action. Depending on the role, this might be a coding challenge, role play, or writing assignment. And no, you don’t have to be perfect. We just want to see how you think and approach real problems.
If you are selected for the role, you'll receive an offer letter and new hire documents for signature. Then it’s time for takeoff.
