Esther Flammer

Esther Flammer joined LastPass in 2024 and serves as our Chief Marketing Officer overseeing corporate marketing and communications, product marketing, demand generation, digital and growth marketing, and marketing operations and analytics. She is a strategic and inspirational leader with more than 20 years of marketing industry experience with a proven track record of driving aligned go-to-market strategies at high-growth B2B tech companies.

Esther was previously CMO at Wrike, a powerful work management platform for the enterprise, which was acquired by Citrix in 2021 and then transitioned into a standalone entity in 2023. Prior to Wrike, she has driven successful growth and acquisition at technology companies including Conga (Apttus), Convercent (OneTrust), and Return Path (Validity). Esther’s accomplishments have been recognized in the Denver Business Journal’s 2021 Outstanding Women in Business list and Influitive's 2023 Elite 18 Customer-Led CMOs List.
