Lora joined LastPass in 2022 as Senior Vice President of HR, where she oversees the end-to-end Human Resources function and is shaping a progressive, diverse, top-performing culture. At LastPass, Lora drives all critical HR initiatives with a focus on building trust and excitement across the organization.
An industry veteran, Lora has been building and leading HR teams at leading technology and security organizations around the world. Most recently at Kenna Security, Lora owned end-to-end human resources management as a strategic and operational leader; oversaw the high-performance HR function, including talent acquisition & management, DEI, organizational development, performance management, compensation, and benefits design/ administration.
Prior to Kenna Security, Lora held high-profile roles at Peloton Technology, WhiteHat Security and others. Lora has a passion for building HR functions that make meaningful impacts on the business and its people.
