Abby Miller is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at LastPass, where she is responsible for customer success, customer support, and renewals. Abby is an internal champion for our customers, ensuring the customer experience is central to how we think and operate.
Abby has held various leadership roles within LastPass customer success since 2017 when the organization was part of GoTo, formerly LogMeIn. During that time, she helped to shape the Customer Success and Customer Experience organization. Prior to, Abby has held a variety of strategic and operational roles at Staples and Accenture.
